Today we spend the morning making sushi. Our tutor will teach you the techniques involved and you will make a variety of sushi, experimenting with traditional and alternative fillings (but not raw fish or meat.) At the end of the class you will have a selection of sushi to take home to share, along with your sushi rolling mat.
This is a relaxed, friendly morning, filled with information, skills and hands-on sushi-making. The group size is limited to eight, giving you plenty of opportunity to ask questions, get one-to-one guidance and experiment with your sushi fillings.
Please arrive by 9.50am, and bring a suitable large container to take your uncut sushi rolls home.
