Join us for an afternoon of Southeast Asian cooking led by Sue Lowman, who hails from Singapore. You will enjoy learning three dishes from this very popular and flavoursome cuisine.
We will make the following dishes:
- Chicken satay, originating in Javanese cuisine
- Peanut sauce, an Indonesian recipe widely used in Southeast Asian dishes
- Gado gado (mix & mix) salad from Indonesia
Please arrive by 2.20pm, bring containers to take home your dishes and wear comfortable shoes!
