Chef-Tutor Liza continues our Oriental Journey today with a visit to her home country of Malaysia. Liza has many years’ experience of creating dishes from across the far east, from Vietnam to Japan, Korea to Malaysia and China. Over this Oriental Journey series of classes Liza is also teaching dishes from Korea, Japan and Vietnam.
Today’s dish is popular and well known Malaysian dish, chicken rendang. Liza will teach you to create this dish with its fabulous flavours. At the end of the class you can either tuck in to your chicken rendang, here or take it home to share.
This is a relaxed, friendly afternoon’s cooking, filled with information, skills and hands-on cooking.
Please arrive by 2.20pm, and bring a suitable container to take your dish home.
