This week only we are offering mid-week, one-dish cookery classes with our head Chef/Tutor, Pieter van Zyl.
Today our menu is a fabulous Portuguese fish stew with mussels, calamari, white fish, vegetables and wine, served with rice. Enjoy a morning cooking this dish and then sit down to eat together, or take it home to share.
You will learn knife skills iin the preparation of the dish and get Pieter’s hints and tips for easy, delicious, healthy cooking.
Bring an airtight container if you want to take your fish stew home.
Please aim to arrive by 10.20am and wear comfortable shoes.
