Join professional forager and founder of The Wild Kitchen, Lucia Stuart. Enjoy a talk with afternoon tea, looking forward to spring in East Kent and the wild food we will find in our hedgerows and coastline.

☆ Learn about the best seasonal produce to gather in the spring around East Kent.

☆ Enjoy afternoon tea including cheese scones flavoured with local seaweed, and fruit scones with Lucia’s wild kitchen jams.

☆ Learn about local wild flowers and plants that can support health and help us through the harsh winter months.
