Chef-Tutor Liza teaches today’s Japanese sushi class. Liza hails from Malaysia and has many years’ experience of creating dishes from across the far east, from Vietnam to Japan, Korea to Malaysia and China.
Today’s dish is Japanese sushi. Liza will teach you the techniques involved and you will make a variety of sushis including savoury and sweet sushi. At the end of the class you will have a selection of sushi to take home to share, along with your sushi rolling mat.
This is a relaxed, friendly morning’s cooking, filled with information, skills and hands-on cooking.
