Enjoy learning how to make Gyoza (餃子) a very popular Japanese dish, and serve them in two ways.
This delicious Japanese dumpling is very versatile and fairly simple to make once you have the folding technique. You can fry, steam or boil Gyoza and have them as savoury or sweet treats. Gyoza can be served as a delicious appetizer, mouth-watering main meal, handy light snack or as a dessert. The process of wrapping is also fun and enjoyable to do with your family or friends. Once you learn how to make them, you can be creative with the fillings and to try different styles of wrapping.
We will make gyoza and stuff them with meat and/or vegetable filling to make both:
- Fried Gyoza
- Gyoza noodle soup
