Fish Masterclass: A masterclass with Pieter van Zyl in choosing, preparing, cooking, serving and eating fish.
We will pick and dress a crab, and learn to fillet and bone round fish and flat fish before creating simple but delicious dishes with our local caught produce. (Please note that the fish and shellfish used will be subject to availability and seasonal fluctuations.)
The cost of this event includes your crab and all your fish, which will be plentiful.
NB: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts; bring your own containers to take home food; and please wear comfortable shoes!
