Families can enjoy making and baking together this afternoon. We will make a delicious focaccia bread, perfect for tearing and sharing.
Focaccia is a flat oven-baked Italian bread. It is often flavoured with rosemary, and we will pick fresh rosemary from our herb garden. You will learn bread making skills and leave with a delicious loaf to enjoy at home. While our dough is proofing, we will make a delicious fresh salsa verde.
This workshop is for family groups of up to four people – with at least one adult or older child who can support younger ones. If you want children to get more involved we would suggest booking a separate place for each two family members or friends. (Give us a call if you’re not sure how many places to book!)
Please try to arrive by 1.20pm for a prompt start, bring strong paper or hessian bags to take home your bread and a small airtight container for the salsa verde. Please wear comfortable shoes!
