Chequers cured salmon with horseradish cream & salad – £10


Pan fried beef sirloin with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, steamed new potatoes & mushrooms – £23


Malaysian style seabass roasted with lemongrass & coconut, steamed white rice & summer salad – £20


Aubergine pajeri – dry roasted coconut curry topped with crisp shallots with white rice & summer salad – £15


Dessert & cheese board with lemon posset with raspberries & shortbread, chocolate fudge brownie, & brie with crackers £10 (per person)
