Dinner menu during Golf Open week

A rare opportunity to dine with us during the British Golf Open week. Our supper menu is a set price of £44 per person. We are taking bookings for Wednesday 14th to Friday 16th inclusive. There are only 30 places available each evening*.

Enjoy a delicious meal in our cookery school and restaurant, with live cooking at our in-restaurant cooking station – for a bit of theatre!

Please tell us at the time of booking about any food allergies.

*Bookings cancelled by the customer before Monday 28th June 2021 will receive a full refund. After 28th June, refunds are not available except if the event is cancelled by Chequers Kitchen or spectator attendance at the Golf Open is cancelled.

Pan-fried gyozas – vegetable and beef Japanese style stuffed dumplings with dipping sauces and sesame seeds


Chequers cured salmon with horseradish cream & salad


Pan fried beef sirloin with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, steamed new potatoes & mushrooms


Malaysian style seabass roasted with lemongrass & coconut, steamed white rice & summer salad


Aubergine pajeri – dry roasted coconut curry topped with crisp shallots with white rice & summer salad


Dessert & cheese board with lemon posset with raspberries & shortbread, chocolate fudge brownie, & brie with crackers
