Today we will make our own Chinese takeaway!. We will make vegetable spring rolls and a yummy special fried rice.
Skills include:
- Knife skills – chopping, slicing and dicing vegetables for the spring rolls
- Pan frying vegetables
- Making egg fried rice
- Filling, rolling and frying spring rolls
This class will suit young keen cooks aged approximately 8 to 14. Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate. Parents who prefer to stay are welcome to sit in the restaurant area or outside on the deck..
We start at 10.00am prompt. All ingredients are included. The class will have a maximum of 8 children.
Please bring airtight containers to take home your two dishes.
