Do you have a budding young chef waiting to get creative in the kitchen?
Today we’re going to make pasta from scratch and turn it into tagliatelle and ravioli. There will be plenty of skills involved in making and rolling the pasta, creating the tagliatelle and filling the ravioli with ricotta and spinach. We will also make a simple but delicious tomato sauce for the tagliatelle. Plenty to take home to impress the family!
This session is suitable for children aged 8 to 16. We start at 10:30 am prompt. All ingredients are included. Our tutors are qualified teachers and/or chefs and have been background checked for working with children. Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate. Parents who prefer to stay are welcome to sit in the restaurant/bar area.
Please bring two airtight containers to take home your tagliatelle and ravioli.
