Do you have a budding young chef waiting to get creative in the kitchen? This class is for children aged 8 to 14, although enthusiastic younger children may come if they are accompanied by an adult.
This month we’re going to make pasta from scratch and turn it into tagliatelle and ravioli. There will be plenty of skills involved in making and rolling the pasta, tagliatelle and also ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach. We will also make a simple but delicious tomato sauce for the tagliatelle. Plenty to take home to impress the family!
We start at 9:30 am prompt. All ingredients are included. Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate. Parents who prefer to stay are welcome to sit in the restaurant/bar area.
Please bring two airtight containers to take home your tagliatelle and ravioli.
