Do you have a budding young chef waiting to get creative in the kitchen? We offer regular Saturday baking and cooking sessions for young people aged from 8 upwards (or age 5+ if accompanied by an adult).
Today we are travelling the world with our cooking, heading to South Africa to make bunny chow and then home again for a Swiss roll. Bunny chow is a gentle lamb or beef curry which is eaten from a bread loaf. It’s African street food at its best!
And we’re all familiar with the Swiss roll, a delicious, light rolled sponge that incorporates plenty of skills in the making.
We start at 10am prompt. All ingredients are included. Children aged 8 and over do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate. Parents who prefer to stay are welcome to sit in the restaurant/bar area.
Please bring a suitable container to take home your Swiss roll.
