In this class we concentrate on cooking fish (rather than filleting). You will leave with a repertoire of seasonal fish and shellfish dishes and fish cooking techniques. We will:
- Roast fish
- Pan fry scallops & fish
- Curry fish
- Steam mussels
- Plus a demonstration of Filleting a fish
Please arrive by 9.50am and bring four airtight containers to take home your dishes. Wear comfortable shoes!
