Cooking Fish & Shellfish – October

In this class we concentrate on cooking fish (rather than filleting). You will leave with a repertoire of seasonal fish and shellfish dishes and fish cooking techniques. We will:

  • Roast fish
  • Pan fry scallops & fish
  • Curry fish
  • Steam mussels
  • Plus a demonstration of Filleting a fish

Please arrive by 12:50pm and bring four airtight containers to take home your dishes. Wear comfortable shoes!
