Today Sugarcane is our tutor and we will be making a popular Thai street food dish – pad Thai with chicken. This is a delicious noodle dish, not too hot, with plenty of skill involved. We will also make Thai banana and coconut pudding.

- Grating, chopping and blending
- Cooking with raw meat, and food safety
- Shallow frying
- Using spices and ingredients from Thai cuisine
This class will suit young keen cooks aged approximately 8 to 14. Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate. Parents who prefer to stay are welcome to sit in the restaurant area or outside on the deck..
We start at 2.00pm prompt. All ingredients are included. The class will have a maximum of 8 children.
Please bring airtight containers to take home your two dishes.
