Today we will make our own enriched bread dough to turn into soft burger buns. Then we will make the most delicious burgers stuffed with molten cheese.

This class will suit young keen cooks aged approximately 8 to 14. Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate. Parents who prefer to stay are welcome to sit in the restaurant area or outside on the deck..
We start at 2.30pm prompt. All ingredients are included. The class will have a maximum of 6 children.
Please bring airtight containers to take home your two dishes.
