Today we will make five savoury treats to spice up your Christmas table. We will have a fun morning of pickling and preserving, baking and creating. The class is suitable for all levels of experience.
We will make:

- Ginger spiced pears
- Preserved quince – a great addition to your Christmas cheeseboard
- Apple and grape chutney – delicious on Boxing Day
- Share and tear rosemary bread to enjoy at any time
Please arrive by 9.50am, bring a strong bag to take home your dishes and wear comfortable shoes.
