Get ready for Christmas with these Asian influenced canapes. Liza draws on her Malaysian heritage to create four different types of canape to add interest and fabulous flavours to your Christmas celebrations.
We will make:
- Sweet potato balls with prawn coconut sambal
- Chilli tamago – egg rolls with chilli and chives
- Popia with vegetable and seafood filling
- Begedil – Asian style beef and potato patties
The class is suitable for all levels of experience.
Please arrive by 2.50pm, bring containers to take home your canapes and wear comfortable shoes.
