Today we will make three delicious Christmas treats, practising bread-making and pastry skills along the way. It will be a morning packed with making and baking, creating three dishes that deserve pride of place in your Christmas baking repertoire! The class is suitable for all levels of experience. A meat-free version of the sausage rolls is available, please let us know in advance.
We will make:
- Pannetone – we will make a classic pannetone
- Cranberry and orange Chelsea buns
- Luxury sausage rolls – the most delicious Chequers Kitchen recipe!
Please arrive by 9.50am, bring strong paper or hessian bags to take home your breads and pastries and wear comfortable shoes.
