Today we will make three delicious Christmas treats, practising bread-making and pastry skills along the way. It will be a morning packed with making and baking, creating dishes that deserve pride of place in your Christmas baking and decorating repertoire! The class is suitable for all levels of experience. A meat-free version of the sausage rolls is available, please let us know in advance.

We will:

• Make Cranberry and orange Chelsea buns
• Make Luxury sausage rolls – the most delicious Chequers Kitchen recipe!
• Decorate a pre-made Christmas cake

Please arrive by 9.50am and wear comfortable shoes!
