Today we will make three delicious Christmas treats, practising a mixture of skills along the way. It will be a morning packed with making, baking creating dishes that deserve pride of place in your Christmas baking and decorating repertoire! The class is suitable for all levels of experience. A meat-free version of the sausage rolls is available, please let us know in advance.

We will:

• Make a chocolate salami
• Make Luxury sausage rolls – the most delicious Chequers Kitchen recipe!
• Decorate a pre-made Christmas cake

Please arrive by 9.50am and wear comfortable shoes!
