Join local chocolatier Kieran Renihan at this hands-on chocolate workshop. You will learn how to temper and mould craft chocolate, taking home 300g of chocolates you will have made yourself. This is a small group with no more than 10 participants so expect to get fully involved.
Learn directly from Chocolution‘s head chocolate maker; as well as making, you will taste a variety of craft chocolates.
Kieran will also talk about how cacao is farmed and processed and its many health benefits when prepared correctly. You will leave with your chocolates and a fascinating insight into this wonderful food.
Please arrive by 1.50am, bring a container to take home your chocolates and wear comfortable shoes. .
