A treat for the young ones and a chance for the adults to head off for some last minute Christmas preparations, unaccompanied! (Or if you prefer, stay and join in.)

Suitable for children aged 7 to 16. This afternoon we will make chocolate panettone. We will make our lovely enriched dough, with chocolate and dried fruit, partly by hand and also using the mixer. While the dough proves we will get creative and decorate our cake boxes. When the dough is ready we will make six panettone and pop them into the oven. The last step is to decorate each baked panettone before deciding whether to turn them into edible gifts or just eat them ourselves!

We start at 2:30 pm prompt. All ingredients are included . Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate.
