Brunch – a delicious combination of breakfast and lunch and a great way to start your Sunday.
We will make the following:
- Healthy granola with fruit & nuts, layered with yoghurt & compote, ready to eat
- Egg Benedict or Florentine – great skills including poaching eggs and making hollandaise sauce from scratch
- Puff pastry cinnamon rolls
- Cranberry, orange mimosa Bellini – a delicious cocktail with Prosecco
- Demonstration of seasonal fruit compote e.g: rhubarb &orange; spiced apple
- Demonstration of Chinese egg fo yung wrap with chilli sauce – filled with cabbage and chicken
Please arrive by 10.20am, bring airtight containers to take home your dishes, and wear comfortable shoes
