This is a four-week course in bread-making for beginners who want to become confident making their own bread.
We will teach you to knead, pummel and stretch your way to a perfect loaf. Using a variety of flours, flavourings and techniques you will learn a repertoire that will equip you to easily and confidently make your own bread whenever you feel like it. Each week we will make a different type of bread such as wholemeal cob, focaccia, soft dinner rolls or stromboli (bread filled with ham and cheese).
Please aim to arrive by 6.20pm, bring strong paper or hessian bags to take home your bread and wear comfortable shoes.
