Do you have a budding young chef waiting to get creative in the kitchen? We offer a regular Saturday morning baking session for young people aged from 9 upwards. (There’s no need to commit to every session, just book each class separately.)
This month we’re thinking ahead to Christmas and making a chocolate Yule log – leaving plenty of time to make another at home for the festivities! There will be lots of skills involved – making a chocolate Swiss roll, preparing the chocolate ganache and piping onto the rolled sponge. And what a lovely result to take home.
We start at 10:00 am prompt. All ingredients are included. Our tutors are qualified teachers and/or chefs and have been background checked for working with children. Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate. Parents who prefer to stay are welcome to sit in the restaurant/bar area.
Please bring an airtight container to take home your lovely Yule log.
