Do you have a budding young chef waiting to get creative in the kitchen?
Today we’re focusing on Christmas, of course, and making a chocolate Yule log. There will be lots of skills involved – making a chocolate Swiss roll, preparing the chocolate ganache and piping onto the rolled sponge. And what a lovely result to take home.
We start at 10:00 am prompt. All ingredients are included. Children aged 8+ do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate. Younger children may attend but will need to be accompanied by an adult.
Please bring a suitable container to take home your lovely Yule log.
Class size is limited to 6 children to take account of distancing around the cooking island.
