Do you have a budding young chef waiting to get creative in the kitchen? We offer a regular monthly Saturday morning baking session for young people aged from 9 to 15. (There’s no need to commit to every session.)
This month we’re going savoury and making a lasagna. You will make your own tomato sauce, and white sauce and prepare every element of the dish from scratch (apart from the pasta sheets!). Children who don’t eat meat can make a vegetarian version.
Club sessions start at 10:00 am promptly. All ingredients are included. Our tutors are qualified teachers and/or chefs and have been background checked for working with children. Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate. Parents who prefer to stay are welcome to sit in the restaurant/bar area.
Please bring containers to take home your lovely dish.
