Do you have a budding young chef waiting to get creative in the kitchen? We offer a regular monthly Saturday morning baking club for young people aged from 9 to 15. (There’s no need to commit to every session.)
In July, we will make a Swiss Roll. Most months we will incorporate fresh ingredients in recipes, including fresh fruit and veg – strawberries today! All preparation will be done by hand, teaching young people traditional baking skills while they have fun in the process.
Each session we aim to incorporate fresh ingredients into our recipes making the results just that little bit healthier! Club sessions start at 10:00 am promptly. All ingredients are included. Our tutors are qualified teachers and/or chefs and have been background checked for working with children. Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate. Parents who prefer to stay are welcome to sit in the restaurant/bar area.
Please bring containers to take home your lovely creations.
