In this wonderful Thai cooking class presented by Sugarcane Thonglor who originates from the beautiful island of Ko Samui you will enjoy learning about this very popular and exciting cuisine. Loads of knife skills come with this course and you will learn how to identify and prepare a range of new, very authentic and delicious ingredients.
We will make the following dishes:
- Lap Mu Hor Pak – Savoury spicy mince pork wrap up salad
- Kai – That-Krop-Karaoke – Crsipy fried chicken with Poached egg
- Matsaman Kai – Matsaman Chicken curry
- Tom Kha Kai – Spicy boiled chicken with galangal and coconut milk
