Artisan Bread Making

Join us in the warm kitchen to learn bread making skills and create some impressive breads in different styles.

Working from scratch, you will learn to make bread dough by hand and will gain plenty of tips and suggestions for bread making at home, from our talented and experienced chef/tutor Pieter van Zyl. With just 5 in the class, you will be able to put all your questions to Pieter and get plenty of attention!

Today we will make:

  • Soft white butter rolls in a selection of shapes
  • Pesto rose braided bread – as in the picture shown here
  • Focaccia bread with rosemary

At the end of the lesson you will leave the class with skills for life and bagfuls of bread!
