This afternoon is for young people aged 9 to 17. We help you get confident preparing vegetables using a cooks’ knife. We will teach you safe techniques so you can learn to make mirepoix, the basis for so many dishes. We will use our vegetables to make a tomato sauce which you can take home. It will be delicious with pasta!
We will also make bread rolls from scratch.
Please arrive by 1.50pm and wear comfortable shoes. Bring an airtight container to take your tomato sauce home and a bag for your bread rolls.
