Today we learn to make a delicious Persian flat bread Lavaash. We will also make four different yoghurt & vegetable sides to include:
Beetroot & Mint Borani-ye laboo; Cucumber & dill Mast-e khiar; Pomegranate and mint Mast-e anar; Spinach and garlic Borani-ye esfinaj.
Together these authentic Persian dishes make a delicious picnic so why not make your way across the golf course to the beach after the class!
Please arrive by 9.50am, bring four small airtight containers to take home your side dishes, and wear comfortable shoes.
