Today you will learn from a Swiss trained patissier with over 30 years of experience. You will learn the skill of making pastry to turn into a selection of pastries.

You will make:

• Plain croissants
• Chocolate croissants
• Almond croissants
• Danish pastries

Please arrive by 9.50am, bring containers to take home your pastries. Please wear comfortable shoes!
