Chef-Tutor Liza begins our Oriental Journey today with a dish from Vietnam. Liza hails from Malaysia and has many years’ experience of creating dishes from across the far east, from Vietnam to Japan, Korea to Malaysia and China. Over the next few weeks Liza is also going to teach dishes from Korea, Malaysia and Japan.
Today’s dish is a Vietnamese beef noodle soup. Liza will teach you about Vietnamese cuisine, and the ingredients and flavours that typify Vietnamese cooking. You will make the noodle soup and can choose to enjoy it here at the end of the class or take it home to share.
