One Dish Workshop – Sea Bass with Beurre Blanc

This evening we will teach you how to make sea bass delicious with a classic white wine and butter sauce.

This is a classic fish dish. You will learn how to prepare, fillet & pan fry sea bass and how to make the perfect butter & white wine sauce – with no splitting!

Please try to arrive by 6.20pm, and bring a suitable container to take home your fabulous serving of sea bass in white wine sauce.
