This week only we are offering mid-week, one-dish cookery classes with our head Chef/Tutor, Pieter van Zyl.
Today our menu is chicken curry and you will also make naan bread from scratch. Enjoy a morning cooking this dish and then sit down to eat together, or take it home to share.
You will also learn knife skills in the preparation of the vegetables for the curry and learn about the spices used. And of course you will get Pieter’s hints and tips for easy, delicious, healthy cooking.
Bring an airtight container if you want to take your curry and naan bread home.
Please aim to arrive by 10.20am and wear comfortable shoes.
