Italian Cookery Course

Italian pasta class

This is a six-week Italian cooking course incorporating a variety of dishes and skills. You will create classic Italian dishes.

Here is the menu

Week 1: Pasta from scratch. We shall make lasagne and tagliatelle
Week 2: Melanzane (aubergine) Parmigiana and panzanella salad
Week 3: Pasta Puttanesca and tear & share garlic bread
Week 4:  Pea, asparagus Risotto; Tiramisu
Week 5:  Pizza your own style e.g.traditional, calzone, spiral, stromboli
Week 6:  Gnocchi & pesto

 

This course is suitable for all levels of cooking experience, from complete novice to experienced cook.

This is a six session course on Tuesday evenings. Please arrive by 6.20pm if you can. At the end of the session you can choose to eat here to take your dishes home.  All ingredients are provided but please bring your own containers (we suggest at least 1 litre sized) to take any food home, and an apron if you have one.
