Today Pieter teaches us seven dishes for a fabulous curry feast:
Among the skills today, you will learn to fill and fold samosas. We will bake the samosas along with some pakoras, so that they are not greasy. You will learn to extract the oils and flavours from dried spices and make three very delicious fresh side dishes to complement your curries.
We will make these dishes:
- Cauliflower pakoras
- Beef samosas
- Naan bread (choose your filling)
- Murgh makhani (butter chicken curry)
- Fresh & delicious sides: Tomato & Radish salad; Red onion pickle; Cucumber & mint raita
Please arrive by 09:50am, wear comfortable shoes and bring six airtight containers including at least one of two litres capacity to take your delicious Indian dishes home.
