A workshop for all the family this morning. You will leave with a picnic lunch to take to the beach! With guidance, tips and anecdotes from chef Pieter van Zyl, you will learn a range of skills and recipes. Each family/friends group will make:
- Flat bread – made from scratch with a yoghurt dough and dry fried
- Tzatziki dip – cucumber, garlic, yoghurt and mint
- Hummus – flavoured to your own liking
- Aubergine and coriander dip
Please book one place per family/friends group of up to twopeople, with at least one adult. Please arrive by 9.50am, bring airtight containers to take home your dishes, and wear comfortable shoes.
