Do you have a budding young chef waiting to get creative in the kitchen? We offer regular Saturday baking and cooking sessions for young people aged from 8 upwards (or age 5+ if accompanied by an adult).
This time we will be learning lots of cooking skills and creating delicious flavoured dishes with lots of colour. We will make black bean sauce from scratch, with chicken and then make stir fried rice. We will learn knife skills, frying, kitchen organisation, food hygiene, kitchen confidence – and of course, have fun.
We start at 2.30pm prompt. All ingredients are included. Children aged 8 and over do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate. Parents who prefer to stay are welcome to sit in the restaurant/bar area.
Please bring airtight containers to take home your two dishes.
