Do you have a budding young chef waiting to get creative in the kitchen? This class is for children aged 8 to 14, although enthusiastic younger children may come if they are accompanied by an adult.
This morning we’re going to make pasta from scratch and turn it into tagliatelle or spaghetti. There will be plenty of skills involved in making the pasta dough and using the pasta machines, We will also make a simple but delicious tomato sauce for the pasta, practicing our knife skills along the way. There will be plenty to take home to impress family and friends!
We start at 10am prompt. All ingredients are included. Children aged 8+ do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate. Parents who prefer to stay are welcome to sit in the restaurant/bar area.
Please bring two airtight containers to take home your pasta and tomato sauce.
