In this class we concentrate on cooking fish (rather than filleting). You will leave with a repertoire of seasonal fish and shellfish dishes and fish cooking techniques. You will also eat quite a lot of fish and seafood during the class! We will:
- Pan fry scallops & fish
- Curry fish
- Steam mussels
- Roast fish whole fish – demonstration
- Demonstration of Filleting a fish
Please arrive by 09:50am and bring four airtight containers to take home your dishes. Wear comfortable shoes!
