Cooking Fish & Shellfish

In this class we concentrate on cooking fish (rather than filleting). You will leave with a repertoire of seasonal fish and shellfish dishes and fish cooking techniques. You will also eat quite a lot of fish and seafood during the class! We will:

  • Pan fry scallops & fish
  • Curry fish
  • Steam mussels
  • Roast fish whole fish – demonstration
  • Demonstration of Filleting a fish

Please arrive by 09:50am and bring four airtight containers to take home your dishes. Wear comfortable shoes!
