Today we will make three delicious Christmas treats, practising meringue-making and enriched bread-baking skills along the way. It will be a morning packed with making and baking, creating three dishes that deserve pride of place in your Christmas baking repertoire! The class is suitable for all levels of experience.
We will make:
- Pannetone – we will make a classic pannetone
- Cranberry and orange roulade
- Stollen babka wreath
Please arrive by 9.50am, bring strong paper or hessian bags to take home your bread and cakes and wear comfortable shoes.
