Do you have a budding young baker aged 8 – 16 wanting to get creative in the kitchen?
Today we are making Swiss Rolls. It’s a great morning, packed with skill and technique with a delicious end-product! All preparation will be done by hand, teaching young people traditional baking skills while they have fun in the process.
All ingredients are included. Our tutors are qualified teachers and/or chefs and have been background checked for working with children. Children do not need to be accompanied by an adult so long as their behaviour is appropriate. Parents who prefer to stay are welcome to sit in the restaurant/bar area.
Please bring containers to take home your lovely creation.
