Today we will learn bread making skills and create some impressive breads in different styles. Working from scratch you will learn to make dough by hand and will gain plenty of tips and suggestions for bread making at home, from our talented chef/tutor:
Today you will make:
- Soft half-moon white butter rolls
- Pesto rose braided bread – as in the picture shown here
- Stromboli – an Italian rolled, filled bread with mozarella, salami and tomato
At the end of the lesson you will leave the class with skills for life and lots of bread!
Please arrive by 9.50am, bring strong paper or hessian bags to take home your bread and wear comfortable shoes.
